 Please fill out this form(about 20 minutes). Questions will be vetted by our leadership committee. If we determine you're a good fit for our network, you'll be added to the list. If we have questions or concerns, we'll also email you to discuss. 

Applications are reviewed 2-4 times a year.

Complaints: It is rare, but we have received complaints about individuals on the referral list. While this is an incredibly nuanced topic (neurodivergence can impact how others perceive us, social understanding of all parties, and discrimination), our general policy is to believe the complaint and remove you from the referral list if appropriate. This is NOT a determination of who is right/wrong, but rather an acknowledgement that we are limited in our ability to assess the situation and choose to be cautious.
